Your organisation

Whoever creates an organisation is its first owner. Owners and admins decide who joins, and can remove members at any time; a removed member loses access to the organisation's notes at once. Keep your organisation's owners up to date.

Your content

You keep the rights to what you write. Only write what your company is allowed to record about its customers and projects, and don't use mailnote for anything unlawful.

The service

We work to keep mailnote available and your data safe, but provide it as is, without guarantees. We may change these terms; we'll tell owners by email about important changes.
